3. Refund Policy
3.1 Digital Products (Software, Licenses, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not provided once the product has been delivered, activated, or downloaded.
However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The product was not delivered (no download link or license received).
- The product is defective or not functioning as described, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.
- Duplicate payment was made for the same product.

3.2 Subscription Services
- If you cancel a subscription within the first **[7–14 days]**, and no services have been consumed, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
